BergMix is an independent ready-mix concrete supplier in central KwaZulu-Natal. Founded in 2007 with the opening of our first plant in Estcourt, we now operate five state of the art static ready-mix concrete plants. These include: Estcourt, Greytown, Ladysmith Mooi River and Wartburg, with our head office based in Nottingham Road. Mobile plants are also available for more remote projects.

Each of our batch plants has a dedicated manager who upholds our ethos of providing a personal touch with our customers. An experienced central operations team supports all of our plants and facilitates the smooth running of our day-to-day operations, as well as a dedicated team managing the back office administration functions.

BergMix is capable of supplying and has supplied many large and technical contracts over the years with well maintained, modern equipment.
Our Plants
All our plants are fitted with electronic weigh batching systems and produce concrete in accordance with the relevant SABS specifications. BergMix has cutting edge technology and software systems in place that control and manage the batching process; allowing for critical accuracy in quality control and customer communication.
Our Fleet of Concrete Mixer Trucks
BergMix currently runs a fleet of 26 concrete mixer trucks. All vehicles are fitted with computerised tracking systems and two-way radios, which allows us to provide accurate and real-time information to our customers as well as ensuring on time delivery of concrete to the site.
Our Concrete Pump
BergMix Concrete currently has a 20 metre Putzmeister boom pump. The 20 metre boom pump is able to handle most of our rural pumping requirements. However an additional 80 metres of static pipe can be supplied where required. The pump enables increased efficiency, productivity and quality of finished product on larger pours.
